The work of Silvia Badalotti is absolutely original and characterized by a personal study in the creation of images that she has been able to transform into a real production of artistic value. For this reason, works of commercial nature are often accompanied by artistic collaborations with foundations and publishing houses.
She is a talented photographer, endowed with a remarkable capacity for composition and obsessive in her cultural research. For the character of her photographic production, she usually deals with the totality of the realization of the images: from the research for style, to the composition, up to the elaboration of the digital retouching.
Since 1995 she has been collaborating with the main Italian and international newspapers. Her works can be admired in magazines such as Vanity Fair, Vogue, Wired, Elle, IoDonna and CartierArt of the Cartier Foundation in Paris.
At the same time she creates advertising campaigns with important agencies such as JWT, McCann Erickson Worldwide and Ogilvy, Publicis and with some Italian brands: Prada, Tod's, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, S. Pellegrino, Bulgari, Etro...
Thanks to the collaboration with the Cartier, in 2006 she was in charge of a special issue of CartierArt for the anniversary of Maison Cartier in Rue de la Paix – Paris, together with ten international photographers including Duglas Kirkland, Jean Larivère, Peter Lippmann, Maurizio Galimberti and Stephen Roach.
The collaboration with CartierArt was born with Rizzoli International and with the art direction of Federico Mininni and Claudio Castellacci, in parallel with the supervision of Pierre Rainero based in Paris.

In the last four years Silvia has experimented with new artistic forms, being the first to approach Artificial Intelligence as a means of experimenting with new forms closely linked to photography. The latest viral campaign created with A.I. is his. for the ETRO brand
